What if I have an idea in mind for a custom order?

We love new and creative ideas!

Please send us an inquiry on our contact page including your design idea, desired material (paper, wood, acrylic), size and date needed by, if applicable. If you have example photos, feel free to send them along! This will help us answer all of your questions promptly, and ensure quick turn around time.


what is the lead time on custom orders?

All custom products including jackets, acrylic signs, and custom paper products are hand painted and uniquely designed for each individual. To ensure quality products we estimate 3 week turn around time. Estimated time can be extended due to influx of orders. If you need a rush order or guaranteed delivery date please inquire on our contact page prior to ordering. It is very important to us that you receive your order in a timely fashion.

am i able to return or change my order?

Returns

Gaining Ground wants to ensure 100% satisfaction. Returns are not guaranteed, and are handled on a case by case basis. If you are unhappy with your order please reach out on our contact page. We want to hear from you as this helps us continue to improve our products.

Custom Order Changes

Due to high order volume and quick turn around time we do accept changes to orders after 3 business days from when the order was placed.  If a change is crucial to your order, please contact us immediately to check the status of your order. Editing fees may apply if changes are necessary after the allowed 3 business days.
